The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room, Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street.
Pursuant to Va. Code §§ 15.2-1800 & 15.2-1813, the purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on a Lease from September 28, 2021 through December 31, 2021 to New River Valley Unwired Ventures, LLC of space on four municipal water tanks to site communication equipment for the provision of internet service. Such equipment is currently sited on these locations, and the current lease expires September 27, 2021.
