Estate of Caroline Cotton
Cooler, Deceased, and of
the debts and demands
against her estate have
been filed in the Clerk’s
Office, and that six months
have elapsed since the
qualification, on Motion of
National Bank, Executor, it
is ORDERED that the
creditors of, and all others
interested in, the estate to
show cause, if any they can,
on the 22nd day of
September, 2022, before
this Court at 8:30 a.m.,
against the payment and
delivery of the Estate of
Caroline Cotton Cooler,
Deceased, to the distributes
with or without requiring
refunding bonds as the as
the Court prescribes.
