The Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, VA. The
purpose is to receive public comments concerning:
1. Street vacation request by the Town of Christiansburg for an ordinance vacating and relocating an approximate 0.200-acre portion of public rights of way, including 0.198 acres of the Patricks
Way, NW right of way and 0.002 acres of the Oak Tree Boulevard, NW right of way, located between and connecting the North Franklin Street right of way to the Oak Tree Boulevard, NW right of way (1400 Block of North Franklin Street). 2. Intent by the Town of Christiansburg to take ownership of said 0.200-acre area of land formerly subject to the vacated rights of way.
