(SEA) at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) for Construction and Operation of an Energetic Waste Incinerator/Contaminated Waste Processor

RFAAP announces the availability of an SEA and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the construction and operation of an Energetic Waste Incinerator/Contaminated Waste Processor, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The SEA proposed action is not expected to have any significant environmental effects. Therefore, preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement is not anticipated. The SEA and draft FNSI are available for public review at: Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library, 125 Sheltman Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073. All comments must be submitted by March 10, 2023.
