Heart n Hand Early Learning Center in Christiansburg recently celebrated Week of the Young Child, a nationwide week geared towards celebrating early learning, young children, their teachers, and families. The week was capped off with a “Touch a Truck” event during which the children got the chance to see a police car, fire truck, dump truck, tractor, and a few other vehicles. Center director Chelsea Naughton Sharlow said the children were excited to see the trucks and have their families join in the fun.
