By the Board of Supervisors of the County of\ Montgomery, Virginia that the Board of Supervisors hereby schedules a public hearing for Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the Montgomery County
Government Center, 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to receive citizen
comments on a proposed Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 Entitled Administration of the Code of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, Section 2-17 Cost Reimbursement for Emergency Medical
Transport, by creating a category for billing based on the use emergency medical services by county residents and non-county residents.
A copy of the full text of the Ordinance is on file in the Office of the County Administrator and
is available 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for public inspection or copying.
