THIS DAY came Justin Steele, Counsel for Plaintiff, Kimberly Reed, and filed a complaint to probate will for the Estate of Charles F. Bowles and a motion for entry of a default judgement and for other relief, and a hearing will be held in this Court, 55 East Main Street, Suite 1 Christiansburg VA 24073, on Dec 6th, 2023 at 10:00 AM or as soon after as may be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that all defendants, unknown heirs and others interested in said Estate appear at the hearing and be heard why the petition and motion for default judgement should not be granted.
The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Christiansburg News Messenger to be published once a week for four consecutive weeks.
