ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, county of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 010023
All that certain lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate, lying and being in the Town of Christiansburg, Riner Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, designated as Tax Map Number 526-24 4, Parcel ID Number 010023, being located on the south side of Lee Highway (now Radford St) fronting 58 ½ feet thereon and extending back 150 feet.
And being the same real property conveyed to Lucy Campbell and Hazel Terry Justice, as joint tenants, from J. C. Snidow and Lillian L. Snidow, husband and wife, by deed, dated November 14,1944 and recorded November 16, 1944 in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 134 at Page 250.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations, of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Hazel Terry Justice, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown;
Lucy Campbell aka Lucy Mae Terry aka Lucy Mae Nichols, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Elizabeth Terry Grier, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Hobert L. Terry, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; James Monroe Terry, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Clarence William Terry, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mary Terry, Whose last known address is unknown; Robert Terry, Jr., whose last address is unknown, Patricia Terry, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before August 31, 2024 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of The County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
