A request by Foster Ridpath for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a restaurant (gross floor area of 2,000 sq ft or less). The property is owned by Kimberly D. Ridpath and is located at 3035 Riner Road. The property is further identified as Tax Map 106-11-3 (Parcel ID: 031860), 1.904 acres, zoned Agricultural (A-1) in the Riner Magisterial District. The property currently lies in an area designated as
Rural in the 2025 Comprehensive Plan.
