The Villas at Peppers Ferry held their annual “Hello & Goodbye Brunch” on Saturday, Aug. 17 at their clubhouse. The traditional brunch is held in honor of those new neighbors that have moved in and those that moved away since the previous August. Neighbors bring a covered dish and share food and conversation. Several new residents have shared the sentiment that they’ve never felt so welcomed into a neighborhood as they have at The Villas.
