Notice of Public Comment Period

CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)

PROGRAM YEAR 2023

 

In accordance with guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the New River Valley HOME Consortium and the Town of Blacksburg seek public comment on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2023 program year of the New River Valley HOME Consortium’s Home Investments Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Town of Blacksburg’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

The report includes an assessment of projects funded under CDBG and HOME, including expenditures in relation to community objectives, progress on HUD financed activities, and an analysis of persons benefiting from activities.

 

A copy of the report is on file at the Town of Blacksburg’s Office of Housing and Community Connections, 303 Wilson Avenue, Blacksburg, Virginia, and will be available for review upon request.  It can also be found on the Town’s website at the following

web address:  http://www.blacksburg.gov/HUDreport.

and by mail to

Housing and Community Connections,

P.O. Box 90003, Blacksburg, VA 24062.

All comments must be received Sunday, September 29 at 5:00 p.m.
