Kenneth Wayne King, 75, of Dublin, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served in the First Air Calvary during the Vietnam era during which time he received a Purple Heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Minnie King; and his wife, Shirley Sutphin King.
Survivors include his daughter, Lynn Kissinger (Wayne); sons, Michael King and Scott King (Buffy); grandchildren, Travis Kissinger (Kay) and Jesse Lee King; great grandson, Kolbi; brother, 
Doug King (Kathy); sisters, Joyce Obaugh and Linda Rouse (Junior); and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services with full military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
The King family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home and Crematory in Radford.
