Montgomery County Clerk of Circuit Court Tiffany Couch (left) presented a resolution in honor of retired Clerk of Circuit Court Erica Conner (right) and her service recently at the Montgomery County Courthouse. Conner was elected in 2008, the first woman to serve in the role, and retired in 2023. During her tenure, Conner utilized more than $442,000 in grant funds to digitize the county’s historical records, implemented digital filing of land records, started an internship program with area universities and high schools and many other accomplishments.
