Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 and 15.2-2272 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on MONDAY, December 16, 2024 at 7:15 p.m. in the County Government Center, 755 Roanoke St., Christiansburg, Virginia, in order to hear citizen comments regarding the Board of Supervisors intention to act on the following Ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A FORTY FOOT (40’) WIDE UNIMPROVED RIGHT OF WAY PORTION OF GREENBRIER CIRCLE LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOT 301, PARCEL ID 003542 AND LOT 302, PARCEL ID 000520, IN THE MOUNT TABOR MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT IN SECTION II OF BLACKSBURG COUNTY CLUB ESTATES SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 1 IN THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT CLERKS OFFICE SUBJECT TO THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY RESERVING A FIFTEEN FOOT (15’) PUBLIC DRAINAGE EASEMENT WITHIN THE VACATED PORTION OF GREENBRIER CIRCLE RIGHT OF WAY.
