Pastor Donny C. Minnick, 77, of Parrott, passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2025. He retired from Volvo Trucks. Donny was preceded in death by his parents, Doanld and Savannah Minnick; sister-in-law, Janet Hurt Minnick; and granddaughter, Whitney Litteral.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Frances Minnick; daughters, Rhonda Minnick and Paris Minnick; son, Austin Minnick (Kayla); grandchildren, Chloe, Skylar, Pierce, Issac, Lance, Eva, and Nolan; brothers, Larry Minnick and Tony Minnick (Helen); sister, Kay Asbury; and a host of other friends and family.
The family received friends Friday, Jan. 24, 2025, at the Parrott Church of God. Funeral services followed with Pastor Kenneth Poston officiating. Interment with full military honors followed in Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
The Minnick family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
