The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery,
Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of
Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 556-A-8
Account No. 013070
ALL of that one certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in Town of Christiansburg, Riner Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, containing I acre, more or less, and bearing Tax Map Number 556-A-8, Parcel ID 013070.
And being the same real property conveyed to Creasy Morgan from James S. Childress, by deed, dated March 20, 1901, and recorded January 30, 191 1, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia, in Deed Book 59 at Page 601.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Creasy Morgan aka Lucretia Morgan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown;

McMillan, whose last known address is 305 Pepper St SE, Apt C, Christiansburg, Virginia
24073; Gwendolyn McMillan Purcell, whose last known address is 475 Wakeman Ct, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; Bonnie Sue McMillan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; John Logan, whose last known address is unknown;
Johnathan Logan, whose last known address is 305 Pepper St SE, Apt C , Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; Doug McMillan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Shelbourne Morgan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Geraldine Morgan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Laura Morgan, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description
of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before March 17, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in
this cause.
