The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of
Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 064-A 120
Account No. 008609
All that parcel of land containing 0.36 Acres, more or less, as shown on the plat entitled “James R. Frith 0.36 Acre Parcel Located On Rte 114”, dated October 8, 1970, prepared by William M. Largen, C.L.S., which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of
Montgomery County, Virginia, in Plat Book 6, Page 26; and to which map reference is made för a more particular description of the property.
And being the same real property conveyed to Charles E. Heslep from
Charles E. Heslep, divorced, and Shirley F. Brusseau and Elliot Foster Brusseau, Jr., husband and by deed, dated December 18, 1987 and recorded December 21, 1987 in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 595 at Page 722.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 26, Deed Book 306 at Page 668, Deed Book 609 at Page 580.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Charles E. Heslep, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Brenda Ann Heslep, who
is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Wendy Gibson, whose last known address is unknown; Brandon Seagraves, whose last known address is 3225 Peppers Ferry Rd, Radford, Virginia 24141; Tony Curtis Heslep aka Anthony Heslep, whose last known
address is 5982 Old Route Il, Lot 19, Dublin, Virginia 24084; Curtis Evans Heslep, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 18, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in
this cause.
