CHRISTIANSBURG – Carter Rental – The Cat Rental Store’s newest location is now open in Christiansburg at 2095 Roanoke St.
The company said they chose Christiansburg for the new store in part because it will provide more convenient service to the growing New River Valley community.
“Previously, our Montgomery County customer base was largely serviced by our existing Carter Machinery location in Salem,” said Jeremy Mowles, Operations Manager for Carter Rental. “We’re confident that this new location in the heart of the NRV will provide more flexibility to support customer demand along with faster response times, especially in unplanned and emergency situations when having timely access to the right equipment is critically important.”
The full-service location is staffed by a team of dedicated rental professionals who have decades of combined experience and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Our team of local rental experts works with everyone from landscape contractors to quarry operators to match their needs with the right rental equipment from Cat and many other major brands, such as Toro, MEC, JLG, Wacker Neuson and more,” said Mowles. “Equipment inventory includes aerial, material handling, earthmoving, paving and compaction, and landscaping – as well as trucks and trailers, trench shoring and pumps, work tool attachments, and everything in between. It’s all expertly maintained and inspected to ensure every rental is ready to get to work – safely – on day one.”
