A Christiansburg senior and a Radford underclassman are this year’s all-county/all-city co-players of the year on the girls’ side of the court.
Katie Hoover of Christiansburg and Kearson Carter of Radford lead the team announced today, Wed. Mar. 26.
The rest of the girls’ team included Riley Price of Blacksburg, Carli Christian of Auburn, and Macie Akers and Aija McHone of Eastern Montgomery.
The girls’ coach of the year is KC Shrader from Christiansburg, who took the school to the regional playoffs in his first year on the sidelines.
On the boys’ side of the court, Auburn’s Drew Royal is this year’s all-county/all-city player of the year.
He is joined on the team by teammate Landon Marrs, Mason King of Christiansburg, Jaden Hendricks and Luke Woodard of Radford, William Ferrell of Blacksburg and Cyrus Underwood of Eastern Montgomery.
