Windell Kenneth Winegarner, Jr., 86, passed away Sunday, Mar. 16, 2025. He was formerly a computer programmer, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Windell also enjoyed sports, traveling, and farming in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his parents, Windell Sr. and Helen Winegarner; brothers, Ernest and Donnie Winegarner; sisters, Shirley Winegarner and Vicki McAffy; and his twin sons, Keith and Mitchell Winegarner.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Anita Winegarner; daughter and son-in-law, Lorraine and Barry Ratcliff; grandchildren Jessica Armstrong (Raif), Alex Ratcliff, Amanda Winegarner, Isabella Beaver, and Jaycee Mann; brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Emma Winegarner; sisters, Rosemarie and Dorothy Winegarner; and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at a later date.
The Winegarner family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
