The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery,
Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of
Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 063-A-2-35,36
Account No. 002962
All those two (2) certain lots or parcels of land, with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the Riner Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, and being Lots No. Thirty-Five (35) and Thirty-Six (36) as shown and described on a map of the portion of the E.P. Eskridge Property on New River, which map is recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia, in Deed Book I l I at Page 186.
And being the same real property conveyed to Charles E. Caldwell and Patsy Ann Caldwell, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship, from Larry Snow Vaught and Hilda May Vaught, husband and wife, by deed, dated August 28, 1967 and recorded September 27, 1967 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia, in Deed Book 279 at Page 368.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book I I I at Page 186, Instrument Number 2019006289, Deed Book 306 at Page 417, Deed Book 399 at Page 379, Instrument Number 2020006394.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Patsy Ann Caldwell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Charles E. Caldwell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Carolyn A. Graves, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Harvey Graves, whose last known address is 1490 Mahone St, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073; Ricky W. Caldwell, whose last known address is unknown; Gary W. Barker, whose last known address is unknown; Charles E. Caldwell, Jr., whose last known address is 1201 Virginia Ridge Dr, Hardy, Virginia 24101; Phyllis Jean Caldwell Poff, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Monica Noble, whose last known address is 3353 Vista Rd, Pulaski, Virginia 24301; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May l, 2025 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
