The object of this suit is to: Terminate the parental rights of Amanda Dawn Linkous and Gary James Robertson, III, to the minor child Renesmee Marie Robertson pursuant to Section 16.1-283 of the Code of Virginia; specifically, that said parents have failed to maintain continuing contact and plan for the child’s future and have failed without good cause to remedy the circumstances that led to the child’s placement in foster care.

It is ORDERED that Amanda Dawn Linkous AND Gary James Robertson, III appear at the above-named court and protect his or her interests on or before August 5, 2025.
