A 21-year-old Blacksburg man has been arrested on 100 counts of possession of child pornography.
According to the Blacksburg Police Department, Nirish Chilakala was arrested on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 “after a search warrant was served at a residence in the 600 block of Broce Drive pursuant to an ongoing investigation.”
Chilakala is charged with one hundred counts of violating § 18.2- 374.1:1 Code of Virginia, Possession of Child Pornography. He has been released from custody on a $10,000 secured bond.
