AND BEING the same property conveyed to Thomas J. Rutledge, Jr., et ux, by deed from Hash Investments, L.L.C., a Virginia Limited Liability Company, dated August 21, 2003, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office as Instrument No. 2003015536.
Parcel 2: BEING all that certain 0.355 acre parcel from the original Lot 10, all that certain 0.373 acre parcel from the original Lot 1 1, and all that certain 0.022 acre parcel from the original Lot 12 of The Meadows of Fairview, said parcels being added to the original Lot 9, to become the Revised Lot 9 as shown on the ‘Plat of Resubdivision of Lots 9, 10, 1 1 & 12, The Meadows of Fairview, Riner Magisterial District, Montgomery County, Virginia”, which said Piat is dated February 17, 2004, made by Ralph O. Clements, Land Surveyor, of Gay and Keesee, Incorporated, Christiansburg, Virginia, designated Job No. 1 150.4, a copy of which is recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 24, page 220, Instrument No. 2004003383.
