HOME AND CDBG CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) PROGRAM

YEAR 2024

In accordance with guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the New River Valley HOME Consortium and the Town of Blacksburg seek public comment on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2024 program year. The report includes an assessment of projects supported by Blacksburg’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the New River Valley HOME Consortium’s HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME.) The report details expenditures to community objectives, progress on HUD financed activities, and an analysis of program beneficiaries.

The report is available online at http://www.blacksburg.gov/HUDreport and by request from the Office of Housing and Community Connections. Public comment will be received from September 15 to September 29, 5:00 PM. Submit comments in writing to housing@blacksburg.gov or Housing and Community Connections, P.O.
