IN RE: ESTATE OF LAWRENCE C. TABOR
SHOW CAUSE ORDER AGAINST DISTRIBUTION
It appearing that a report of the accounts of ATLANTIC UNION BANK, Executor of the Estate of Lawrence C. Tabor, deceased, of the debts and demands against his Estate has been filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor, on motion of ATLANTIC UNION BANK, Executor.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Lawrence C. Tabor, do show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 am on the 4th day of December, 2025, before this Court at its courtroom located at 55 E. Main Street, 1 st Floor, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073, against the
payment and delivery of the Estate of Lawrence C. Tabor, deceased, to the
beneficiaries of the Estate without requiring refunding bonds.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two
successive weeks in News Messenger, a publication in the County of Montgomery,
Virginia, and of general circulation in this jurisdiction.
