2031 in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers of the Blacksburg Municipal Building, located at 300 South Main Street, Blacksburg on Tuesday, January 13,
2026, at 6:30 p.m. A summary of the proposed expenditures is listed below. Copies of the Recommended Capital Improvement Program are available for
review in the offices of the Town Manager and Town Clerk located in the Municipal Building at 300 South Main Street, weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
and in the Blacksburg Branch Library located at 200 Miller Street SW.
