The Town of Christiansburg Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Christiansburg Town Hall, 100 E. Main Street, Christiansburg, Virginia 24073. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning:
Rezoning request by Roger Woody, Registered Agent for RWJW Properties, LLC,
Applicant and Property Owner, to rezone property located at 300 Kimball Lane SW, identified as Tax Parcel 557-((A))-20; (Parcel ID 016002), and consisting of approximately of
37.987 acres, from Agricultural District (A) to Single-Family Residential District (R-1). The
applicant has proffered new conditions after the initial public hearing for this request. Current
proffered conditions are related to density, construction of a public road connection, warranted
road improvements, preservation of an existing vegetated area, and phasing. The property is
designated as Residential on the Future Land Use Map of the 2013 Christiansburg
Comprehensive Plan.
