CHRISTIANSBURG – Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce has announced the full speaker lineup for its 2026 Women’s Leadership Conference, set for March 5, 2026, at The Inn at Virginia Tech & Skelton Conference Center in Blacksburg.

The annual conference is one of the region’s premier professional development events, bringing together leaders and emerging professionals for a high-energy day of learning, connection, and practical takeaways.

This year’s keynote speaker is Lauren Sisler, ESPN sports broadcaster and national speaker recognized for her powerful storytelling and message of resilience and purpose-driven leadership. Her keynote will challenge attendees to lead with clarity, confidence, and intention—both in their careers and communities.

The conference also features breakout sessions led by respected regional experts Michelle Carter, Donna Weaver McCloskey and Katie Beach. These sessions focus on real-world strategies for communication, team leadership, and professional growth, giving participants tools they can apply immediately.

Serving as Master of Ceremonies is Christina Bolt, a veteran communicator whose career spans television news, professional athletics and local government. Her engaging style and focus on authentic connection help create a welcoming and energizing conference environment.

“The Women’s Leadership Conference continues to be one of our most impactful professional development events,” said Steve Baffuto, President & CEO of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. “This year’s lineup brings together national perspective and strong regional voices. Attendees will leave with new ideas, new connections, and renewed confidence in their leadership.”

The Women’s Leadership Conference is open to professionals across industries and career stages and draws attendees from throughout the region and beyond. Registration is now open, and additional information about speakers and programming can be found at montgomerycc.org/wlc or call 540 382-3020.
