Tracy Lynn Gibson, 52, of Wytheville, passed away Friday, Mar. 13, 2026. Born Feb. 3, 1974, she was a graduate of Radford University and a principal at Minnick School in Wytheville. Tracy was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Ingle Cope.

Tracy is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Kaitlyn Elaine Grimm (Gavin); cherished grandson, Slater Grimm; father and his wife, Rev. Gary Cope (Karen); twin brother and sister-in-law, Rev. Stacy Cope (Sunshine); sister and brother-in-law, Melissa Cassell (Paul); cats, Romeo, Samson, Lemur and Scrappy; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.

The family received friends Sunday, Mar. 15, 2026, at the Tower of Refuge Church in Dublin, followed by a memorial service with Rev. Stacy Cope officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tower of Refuge Church – In Memory of Tracy Gibson – 5846 Oak Grove Road, Dublin, VA, 24084.

Tracy’s family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory

in Radford.
