The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of the Chamber Challenge, a community-wide Buy Local initiative designed to celebrate the shared 250th anniversary of Montgomery County, Virginia and the United States of America.
The campaign invites residents, visitors, and businesses to take part in a fun and meaningful effort to support the local economy while recognizing the history and legacy that have shaped the region.
The Chamber Challenge encourages participants to shop at businesses across Montgomery County and collect receipts from their purchases throughout the campaign. Those who complete the challenge will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win $2,500, while helping highlight the many retailers, restaurants, and service providers that contribute to the county’s vibrant business community.
The Chamber Challenge is powered by Triumph NIL, a local organization dedicated to creating meaningful Name, Image and Likeness opportunities for student-athletes while strengthening community partnerships. Through this collaboration, the initiative connects local commerce with regional athletics and community engagement, helping broaden the reach and excitement around the challenge while celebrating the strong ties between Montgomery County businesses and the broader New River Valley community.
