NOTICE OF TAKING PROOF OF DEBTS AND DEMANDS
At the request of the agent for the Executor of the Estate of Doyle Wayne Ayers, deceased, as provided by §64.1-171 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, I hereby designate 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2026, as the time, and my office located at 207 Washington Street, S.W., Blacksburg, Virginia 24060, as the place for receiving proof of debts and demands against the estate.
