In conjunction with the launch of individual game night ticket sales, Calfee Park Baseball and the Pulaski River Turtles have released its 2026 promotional nights calendar.
Select promotions will be spotlighting America’s 250th anniversary this season, including Military Appreciation Night on July 3, and the annual bobblehead giveaway slated for July 21. The expansive list of promotional nights also includes traditional favorites such as Christmas in July, the cowboy-themed Saddle-Up Sunday and Circus Night.

Friday, June 13: Circus Night
Circus Night presented by RJ Young and K92 returns, featuring award-winning entertainment act for a night of dazzling stunts during the game. Chuckles the Clown will also be present to create balloon masterpieces for fans of all ages.
Saturday, June 20: “A Game for Hope”
“A Game for Hope” presented by New River Valley Community Services coincides with Father’s Day weekend in 2026 and features an all-new jersey auction giveaway featuring the iconic Superman comic superhero! All game-worn jerseys will be auctioned with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Pulaski Community Partners Coalition. In conjunction with the NRVCS ‘HOPE’ campaign, the team is spreading the message that all dads are super men.
Sunday, June 21: Saddle-Up Sunday
Yee-haw! Saddle-Up Sunday returns June 21 presented by 94.9 Star Country. Come early for free cowboy hat giveaways (while supplies last) and take a ride on a buckin’ mechanical bull! Rides are free of charge.
Calfee Park will also be celebrating Father’s Day with special promotions by Pulaski County Parks & Rec and . The first 500 fans at the gates will receive a free General Admission ticket courtesy of Pulaski County Parks & Rec’s ‘Play all Day’ initiative. Once the game concludes, fathers and sons are invited onto the field for pitch and catch (must bring your own gloves).
Friday, July 10: Christmas in July
Bring a packaged toy and receive a free General Admission ticket at the gate on the day of the game! Santa will be present and all toys will be donated to the Pulaski County Christmas Store. Fireworks following the game.
Tuesday, July 21: Commemorative Bobblehead giveaway
The first 300 fans to enter the park will receive a free bobblehead commemorating America’s Semiquincentennial, courtesy of Collision Plus and Pulaski County.
Tuesday, July 21 – Thursday, July 23: Pulaski Counts Series
A legendary team rebrand returns for the 2026 season. For three games, the Pulaski River Turtles will play under an alternate identity, taking the field as the Pulaski Counts. Promotions include throwback uniforms, a jersey auction for charity and more.
In addition to special promotional nights, Calfee Park will host the following weekly promotions in 2026:
Sunday Games: “Sunday Savings” concession specials presented by Pulaski First United Methodist Church.
Wednesday Games: “Waggin’ Wednesday”…bring your dog to the ballpark.
Friday Games: “Fireworks Fridays”…a Fireworks display following the game.
Friendly Foes Free Ticket Program. Catch Pulaski River Turtles road games at Bowen Field in Bluefield for FREE! Here’s how the Friendly Foes Free Ticket Program works: River Turtles fans that have retained a ticket to a home game at Calfee Park during the 2026 season can present the ticket stub at the Bowen Field box office and exchange it for a free General Admission ticket to a River Turtles away game at Bowen Field. Similarly, Ridge Runners fans that have retained a ticket to a home game at Bowen Field during the 2026 season can present the ticket stub at the Calfee Park box office and exchange it for a free General Admission ticket to a Ridge Runners away game at Calfee Park.
The used ticket stub must be from the 2026 season and can be from any Appalachian League game played at Calfee Park or Bowen Field.
