of the public hearing is to
receive public comments
concerning:

Applicants, and Ray D.
Cragett Trust, c/o Anna C.
Rogers, Trustee, Property
Owner, to allow a Two
Family Dwelling in the
General Business (B-3)
zoning district on property

NW, identified as Tax
Parcel 526 – ((A)) -238;
(Parcel ID 004144), and
consisting of approximately
of 0.465 acres. The
property is designated as
Business/Commercial on
the Future Land Use Map of
the 2013 Christiansburg
Comprehensive Plan.
Town Hall will be open and
available to receive public
comments in person at the
time of this Public Hearing.
