Three members of the Radford High School tennis team have been named to the Virginia High School League Class 2 All-State tennis teams.
Lydia Pratt was named to the girls’ singles all-state team, and Pratt and Ellie Steele were named to the girls’ doubles all-state team. Brady Sutherland was named to the boys’ singles all-state team.
Head Coach John Ferguson offered his congratulations to the student athletes. Ferguson also announced Radford High School will host a Tennis Camp Monday, July 20- Friday, July 24, 9- 10:30 a.m. at the RHS tennis courts. The camp is open to rising thirdninth graders and invites attendees to “be a part of RHS’s strong tradition of tennis excellence.” The cost is $75.
