Albert Einstein was one of the smartest individuals to live on this planet. It is hard to find anyone who was more intelligent; not only was he mathematically smart, but he had common sense. A combination few of us have.
He once said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited whereas imagination encircled the world. Imagination is never ending; it continues, with one idea after another. That is what imagination is all about.
Einstein also felt it was important to be curious, and not just ask questions, but it was important to being open to change and having a perspective on facts and ideas.
Albert wanted to know if a person had made a good game plan for life and if they were living up to realizing their dreams, or were they setting for something less?
I guess we all look into the mirror and hope that we see the person we were looking for when we started living. What Einstein was saying is we don’t need to be the brightest light in the house, for that matter the brightest light on the wall, but we do need to us our imagination and to keep curious.
Imagination and curiosity are two parts of the lives of everyone. So many of us quit after a few tries at something we want to achieve in life.
Thomas Edison said people fail because they quit too soon, they don’t try all the angles/ methods.
We all get discouraged; I guess that is part of life. No matter what your occupation or desire to achieve your imagination is the key to success. People who go the extra yard to find success will look in the mirror and smile.
We all need to remember life is not easy, if can be a terrible struggle, but if you keep your imagination going you will find a bright spot with a few smiles.
Word for the Day:
Strive to be first; first to smile, first to compliment, first to forgive, and first to say thanks.
