Planning Commission will
hold a Public Hearing on
Monday, September 14,
2026, at 7:00 PM in the
Council Chambers of the
Christiansburg Town Hall,
100 E. Main Street,
Christiansburg, Virginia
24073, pursuant to Sections
15.2-2204 and 15.2-
2285 of the Code of
Virginia, as amended. The
purpose of the public
hearing is to receive
public comments
concerning:
A. An ordinance of the
Town of Christiansburg
amending the 2013
Comprehensive Plan
by adopting a revised
Comprehensive Plan
consisting of the following
elements:
Government, Environment,
Economic Development,
Recreation and Destination,
Infrastructure,
Transportation, Public
Safety, Housing, and Future
Land Use, including the
Future Land Use Map.
Town Hall will be open and
available to receive public
comments in-person at the
time of this Public Hearing.
A copy of the proposed
revised Comprehensive
Plan may be viewed in the
Planning Department Office,
100 E. Main Street,
Christiansburg, VA 24073,
during normal office
hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00
p.m. Monday through
