BLACKSBURG – Warm Hearth Village (WHV) is pleased to announce several leadership promotions within the Nursing Management team at Kroontje Health Care Center (KHCC). These appointments are part of a recent organizational realignment aimed at enhancing resident care, strengthening clinical operations, and supporting the continued success of the health care center.
Tabitha Greenhalgh, RN, has been promoted to Director of Clinical Services, where she will oversee all clinical operations. Her career with Warm Hearth Village began in 2007 when she joined the organization as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication to resident care while advancing through a variety of clinical leadership roles, including floor nurse, Resident Care Coordinator, and most recently, Director of Nursing for the Willows and Arbor since 2022. Her extensive experience, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence make her well-suited for this expanded role.
Gini Bradley, BSN, has been promoted to Director of Nursing Services for the Cove following her successful service in an interim capacity. She joined WHV in 2025 as Assistant Director of Nursing for the Cove.
Before joining the organization, she built a strong clinical foundation through her work as a Hospice Case Manager, Unit Manager in a skilled nursing facility, and as a floor nurse. Her broad clinical expertise, compassionate leadership style, and dedication to quality care have made her a valuable member of the KHCC team.
Amber Sult, RN, has been promoted to Director of Nursing Services for the Willows and Arbor. Sult began her career with Warm Hearth Village in 2008 as a floor nurse and has consistently taken on increasing levels of responsibility throughout her tenure. Most recently, she served as Unit Manager for the Willows and Arbor. Her deep knowledge of the community, strong relationships with residents and staff, and years of dedicated service provide a strong foundation as she assumes this new leadership position.
