The Fashionistas were busy this summer at the annual Fashion Camps.
Campers in the first week learned fashion design, etiquette, audition technique, fashion history and deportment. They enjoyed an etiquette tea party and a fashion show presented for the families to end the wonderful week.
Summer breeze, sporty, back to school, all that bling, and the wedding were the five runways. Campers picked out their own unique stylish clothing. Skylar, Ariella, Blakely, Olivia, Iona, Ella, Amelia, Eliza, Anna, Cora L., Lucia, Alice, Maya, Ena, Miwa, Sara, Laurel, Ruby, Cara, Cora T. and Fiona completed the camp roster.
Advanced Campers learned fashion design and history, etiquette, and deportment. They designed their own runways: Greek mythology, rainbow order, the weekend, fantasy, and the royal wedding. They created their own stylish designs. Ellen choreographed two of the numbers. Kathryn, Alora, Eden, Lilly, Harper, Emmy and Ellen attended the camp.
All campers received a certificate of award for their inspired camping and cooperation. Counselors included Mrs. Fallon, M. Faith and M. Van. Lynne Krulich, Recreation Center Director, gave a special talk and discussion on sports and sports opportunities to the advanced campers.
