that the Board hereby schedules a public hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter at the Montgomery County Government Center, 2nd Floor Board Room, 755 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, Virginia, to hear citizen comments on the proposed Ordinance Amending the Assessment Fee for the Law Library as part of costs in Civil Actions from Two Dollars ($2.00) to Four Dollars ($4.00) pursuant to Section 42.1-70 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

A copy of the full text of the Ordinance is on file in the Office of the County Administrator and is available 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for public inspection or copying.
