the Board of Supervisors
hereby schedules a public
hearing for Monday, August
25, 2025 at 7:15 pm or as
soon thereafter, at the
Montgomery County
Government Center, 755
Roanoke Street,
Christiansburg, Virginia to
hear citizen comments on
the Board of Supervisors
intent to consider a
proposed ordinance
approving an Agreement by
and between the County of
Montgomery and the
Montgomery County Public
Service Authority whereby
the County contractually
agrees to assume
responsibility for the
operations, maintenance
and daily management of
the Public Service Authority.
The Board of Supervisors
may consider adoption of
the Ordinance on Monday,
August 25, 2025 at 7:15 or
as soon thereafter.
