The Blacksburg Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Blacksburg Motor Company Building, 400 South Main Street, Blacksburg, Virginia, to hear the following case:
BZA-25-1 – Appeal of a Zoning Violation in the R-4 Low Density Residential Zoning District at 625 Woodland Drive (Tax Map No. 225-9 8). Erik Leuschner (Property Manager-Real Property Management Insight) and the tenants are appealing Zoning Violation Code-25-13 issued on September 3, 2025 for exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy of a family plus two persons unrelated to the family, or no more than three unrelated persons at 625 Woodland Drive.
Persons interested in or affected by this case may appear and present their views at the public hearing. Persons may also submit public comments to planning staff by e-mail. After the hearing for the case, the Board will consider making a decision on the appeal.
