Raymond William Seagreaves Schillo, formerly of Keeling, Virginia and Horseheads, New York passed away April 18, 2026 at the age of 73.

Raymond was born on Sept. 29, 1952 in Queens, New York to Raymond F. Schillo and Faye A. Deroner. He enjoyed ice cream, model trains, gardening, working in his shop, and had fond memories of the New York Yankees. A graduate of Horseheads High School, Raymond was a skilled builder. He was known for his attention to detail and sharp wit.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Debra Massey Schillo; his brother Richard Schillo (Catherine), Elmira, N.Y.; children Brenda Wallace (David), Chesapeake, Va.; James Fisher, Elmira, N.Y.; Joy Goerlich (Dan), Blacksburg and Jody Fisher (Carrie), Tampa, Fla.; grandchildren Taniece, Davon and Danazah Wallace, Ian Fisher, and Jonathan, Andrew and Alice Goerlich; as well as nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Radford Health and Rehab Center, Lindsey Darden and the nurses and staff in the memory care unit of Holston Senior Living (formerly Carrington Place at Wytheville), and ACG Hospice for their compassionate care.

Services will be private.

The Schillo family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
