the Code of Virginia, as
amended. The purpose of
the public hearing is to
receive public comments
concerning:

Rogers, Trustee, Property
Owner, to allow a Two

238; (Parcel ID 004144),
and consisting of
approximately of 0.465
acres. The property is
designated as
Business/Commercial on
the Future Land Use Map of
the 2013 Christiansburg
Comprehensive Plan.
Town Hall will be open and
available to receive public
comments in-person at the
time of this Public Hearing.
