State play is slated for July 12 in Blackstone. Patrick County won the O-zone tournament, and the Blacksburg O-Zone team received the tournament’s sportsmanship award.The Blacksburg Minors baseball team won the District 3 Tournament held last week at Randolph Park in Pulaski. Blacksburg downed Christiansburg 13-2 in the championship game.
