Developers have cancelled plans for a new Captain D’s restaurant that was announced for Christiansburg. Initially, development was slated for 900 North Franklin Street near a current Dairy Queen restaurant.
Tuesday morning on a social media posting, realtor Scott Bunn was critical of the town in putting too many restrictions on the project. He said the developer pulled out, but he is hopeful for another business will consider the site, which is the former home of G&H Appliance.
