The Town of Blacksburg will hold a Citizens Institute Monday evenings beginning April 6 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The institute will offer newcomers, retirees, or anyone who wants to get involved with the community the chance to meet town staff and learn more about the functions of Blacksburg’s government.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the Town of Blacksburg.
