A group of local runners tackled the Spartan Race this past week in Arlington. Pictured are: (from left) Daymon Linkous, Bobby Snell, Stacy Jones, Matt Camire, Matt Adamo, Brianna Adamo, Amanda Quarles. They are all volunteers for Special Olympics Virginia and finished the race in 2:23:18. The Spartan is a team series amd mud run of three miles with obstacles that included mud, fire, walls and barbed wire.
