The old Blacksburg Middle School property is located on Main Street in downtown Blacksburg.
The rezoning proposal for the 21.14-acre old Blacksburg Middle School site at 501 S. Main St. is active.
All relevant documents including the revised application and traffic study is posted at www.blacksburg.gov/obms.
The public is invited to a neighborhood meeting Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, second floor of the Blacksburg Municipal Building, 300 S. Main St.
At the meeting town staff will go over the rezoning process and the applicant will present the request and take public input.
