The petitioner’s object of this proceeding is to obtain a divorce of bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year.
It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant’s last known address was 1101 Joyce Street, Apartment 2318, Arlington, Virginia 22202, the Defendant’s present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by the Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is without effect, it is ORDERED that the defendant appear before this court on July 20, 2022 and protect her interests herein.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the News Messenger, a newspaper published in Montgomery County, Virginia, and having general circulation in Montgomery County, Virginia, and a copy of this order is to be posted at the front door of the Montgomery County Court House of Virginia.
